Dealer Academy was created with a simple purpose: to bring our partners closer to i-dental. Not only to our products, but also to the people, knowledge and work behind them.

Over two days, our guests met the i-dental team, heard directly from the heads of our departments and explored our manufacturing facilities to see how our products are developed, manufactured and quality controlled.

The programme also included hands-on product testing with Dr Povilas Kalesinskas, while Dr Muhannad Takruri joined us to share his professional experience and perspective.

Above all, Dealer Academy was also about creating time for conversations, exchanging ideas and building relationships. And we did it in true i-ROCK ‘n’ Roll spirit – the theme became part of the whole Dealer Academy experience, with our team proudly donning T-shirts and hats featuring the i-ROCK ‘n’ Roll logo. It reflected the energy, character and forward-moving spirit of i-dental.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and became an even closer part of our i-family. We are proud of what we are building together and look forward to welcoming more of our partners to Lithuania.

Recently, our team set off on a special journey to one of Lithuania’s most beautiful destinations – Nida.

The day began early in Šiauliai, where we gathered and travelled to Mingė village. From there, we boarded a boat and began our journey across the Curonian Lagoon towards Nida. During the cruise, team members enjoyed local fish tasting while taking in the unique landscapes of the lagoon and surrounding nature.

After arriving in Nida, we explored the town together with a local guide, discovering its rich history, culture, and distinctive atmosphere.

One of the highlights of the visit was Parnidžio Dune, rising 52 metres above sea level. From the observation platform at the top, the team enjoyed panoramic views of Nida, the Curonian Lagoon, and the surrounding natural landscape.

Following lunch, we continued our guided tour through Nida, visiting some of its most well-known landmarks, including the harbour, ethnographic cemetery, church, Glory Walk, and the monument dedicated to Vytautas Kernagis.

The afternoon also included free time to explore the town, enjoy the seaside atmosphere, and spend time together before beginning our return journey.

After four memorable hours in Nida, we boarded the boat once again and sailed back to Mingė village before returning to Šiauliai.

More than just a day trip, this experience was an opportunity to strengthen connections, share new memories, and appreciate the importance of teamwork beyond the office environment. Special thanks to the team at Kelionių era for the excellent organisation and seamless experience throughout the day.

A sincere thank you to everyone who joined and contributed to making the day enjoyable and memorable. Experiences like these remind us that the strongest teams are built not only through work, but through the moments shared together.

Representing i-dental at the exhibition were the company’s owner, Gintaras, and Head of Sales, Vilma, who visited the event to strengthen relationships with partners and engage with the local dental community.

Throughout the exhibition, i-dental products were showcased at the stand of El Fadhila Medical, i-dental’s distribution partner in Algeria, where visitors had the opportunity to learn more about the company’s restorative solutions.

A key highlight of the event was the educational program led by Dr. Muhannad Takruri. His lectures focused on the restoration of heavily damaged teeth, combining clinical insights with practical treatment approaches. Participants also took part in Hands-on sessions using i-dental restorative materials, allowing them to explore product handling and application techniques in a practical setting.

We thank El Fadhila Medical for their partnership and Dr. Muhannad Takruri for his contribution to the educational program. Events such as DENTEX continue to strengthen collaboration, support professional development and create opportunities to share knowledge with dental professionals worldwide.

Led by Dr. Povilas Kalesinskas the training combined scientific rationale, clinical experience and practical application of restorative materials used in everyday dentistry.

The educational program began with an introduction to i-dental, providing participants with insights into the company’s manufacturing capabilities, quality standards and ongoing product development activities. Particular attention was given to the process of developing dental materials and the challenges involved in bringing reliable restorative solutions to the market.

The practical part of the training focused on direct restorative procedures, allowing participants to work with a selection of i-dental materials in simulated clinical situations. A key highlight of the sessions was the opportunity to evaluate i-ROCK®, the latest addition to the i-dental restorative portfolio.

Participants explored the handling characteristics of restorative materials, discussed layering approaches, adaptation techniques and practical considerations that influence everyday clinical outcomes. Throughout the training, Dr. Kalesinskas shared evidence-based recommendations and practical insights gained from daily clinical practice.

We sincerely thank all participants for their trust, engagement and active involvement throughout the training sessions. We are also grateful to Dr. Povilas Kalesinskas for sharing his expertise and contributing to a valuable educational experience for all attendees.

We look forward to welcoming you to future i-dental educational events.

Manufactured under controlled conditions, i-FASTE teeth surface polishing paste ensures consistent quality, texture, and performance. Every step of the production process is carefully monitored to meet the expectations of modern dental professionals and maintain reliable results across procedures.

Video of the i-FASTE manufacturing process

i-FASTE teeth surface polishing paste is available in three levels of abrasiveness – fine, medium, and coarse – allowing selection according to the clinical situation, from enamel polishing to stain removal.

Its viscosity ensures the paste stays on the applicator without splattering, providing clean and controlled polishing of the tooth surface. The gluten-free formulation allows safe use in patients with gluten sensitivity or intolerance.

Available in 30 g and 100 g jars and 2 g single-dose cups, the paste adapts to different clinical needs and working styles in everyday practice. This allows clinicians to choose the most suitable format depending on the procedure, frequency of use, and level of control required.

Single-dose cups are particularly useful when precise dosing is important, helping to reduce cross-contamination risk and ensure consistent application. Jars, on the other hand, provide a practical and time-efficient solution for daily procedures and frequent use, especially in high patient flow settings.

By offering multiple formats, i-FASTE teeth surface polishing paste allows you to adapt to different clinical situations, maintain better control during polishing, and work according to your preferred technique.

Throughout December, our office gradually transformed into a festive space filled with Christmas decorations, warm details, and creative ideas brought to life by our team. Employees from different departments actively joined in decorating our shared spaces, contributing their own touches and sharing the Christmas spirit day by day.

Just before Christmas, we took a moment to celebrate this collective effort by announcing a friendly internal award for the most beautifully decorated workspace. This year, the award was presented to the cleaning staff’s office, which truly stood out for its atmosphere. Upon opening the door, it felt like stepping into a small Christmas cabin — with cozy seating, thoughtfully arranged treats, and festive details that created a warm and welcoming Christmas spirit. We were happy to congratulate the team and mark their creativity and involvement with small gifts as a sign of appreciation.

We invite you to explore our Christmas tree and decoration gallery below.

Today, we are wrapping up the year together with a short internal gathering. It was an opportunity to pause, reflect on how the year has gone, and briefly discuss our plans and direction for the year ahead. Over light snacks and informal conversations, we shared insights, ideas, and a sense of closure before heading into the holiday season.

These moments remind us that our workplace is shaped not only by daily tasks and goals, but also by shared experiences, collaboration, and the people behind them. The Christmas decorations and our end-of-year gathering reflect the team spirit we value and continue to build together at i-dental.

As the year comes to a close, we would like to thank all our colleagues for their commitment, teamwork, and shared effort throughout the year. We wish everyone a peaceful holiday season, time to recharge, and meaningful moments with loved ones. May the coming year bring clarity, steady progress, and new opportunities for growth — both professionally and personally.

i-dental participated in the ADEX dental exhibition in Algiers together with our long-term partner EL FADHILA MEDICAL. Our Sales Manager Vilma and company founder Gintaras represented i-dental at our partner’s stand, working side by side to present our products and engage with dental professionals.

ADEX is one of the important dental events in the Algerian capital, bringing together dentists, distributors, and industry specialists. While the exhibition itself provides valuable market exposure, our main focus during this event was strengthening collaboration with our partner and supporting a shared presence in the local market.

We are sincerely grateful to EL FADHILA MEDICAL for the opportunity to represent i-dental together at ADEX. Joint participation in exhibitions plays an important role in maintaining close relationships, building trust, and ensuring consistent communication with both partners and dental professionals. Being present together allows us to align our goals, exchange insights, and better understand market expectations.

Here are a few moments from the exhibition

Every year, Santa Fun Run turns our home town Siauliai into something special. The streets fill with red Santa suits, laughter, and a shared sense of purpose as more than 700 participants come together for a cause that goes beyond running.

Our company team was proud to be part of this event once again. Employees joined in different ways — running, supporting, cheering, and simply spending time together outside the usual daily rhythm. It was a reminder that meaningful experiences don’t always happen in meeting rooms; sometimes they happen in the middle of a city street, surrounded by people who care.

What makes Santa Fun Run truly stand out is its goal. All funds raised during the event are donated to charity, turning a festive run into real support for those who need it. This sense of giving is deeply woven into the atmosphere of the day.

This year’s medals carried a particularly strong message. Each medal was handmade by members of the Siauliai community — created by residents of local care homes and participants of the “Goda” day center. Every medal was signed by its creator, transforming it from a simple award into a personal symbol of care, effort, and human connection.

Events like Santa Fun Run remind us why community matters. They bring together people of different ages, backgrounds, and roles, united by kindness, movement, and shared values. For us, taking part is not just a tradition — it’s a meaningful way to stay connected to the people and the community around us.
