Sailing Together - A Day in Nida with the i-dental Team

At i-dental, we believe that strong teamwork is built not only through daily collaboration, but also through shared experiences that bring people together outside the workplace.

Recently, our team set off on a special journey to one of Lithuania’s most beautiful destinations – Nida.

The day began early in Šiauliai, where we gathered and travelled to Mingė village. From there, we boarded a boat and began our journey across the Curonian Lagoon towards Nida. During the cruise, team members enjoyed local fish tasting while taking in the unique landscapes of the lagoon and surrounding nature.

After arriving in Nida, we explored the town together with a local guide, discovering its rich history, culture, and distinctive atmosphere.

One of the highlights of the visit was Parnidžio Dune, rising 52 metres above sea level. From the observation platform at the top, the team enjoyed panoramic views of Nida, the Curonian Lagoon, and the surrounding natural landscape.

Following lunch, we continued our guided tour through Nida, visiting some of its most well-known landmarks, including the harbour, ethnographic cemetery, church, Glory Walk, and the monument dedicated to Vytautas Kernagis.

The afternoon also included free time to explore the town, enjoy the seaside atmosphere, and spend time together before beginning our return journey.

After four memorable hours in Nida, we boarded the boat once again and sailed back to Mingė village before returning to Šiauliai.

More than just a day trip, this experience was an opportunity to strengthen connections, share new memories, and appreciate the importance of teamwork beyond the office environment.
